Processing of personal data

The information collected is subject to computer processing intended to constitute the directory and organization chart of the Ecole Polytechnique published on the Intranet, but also to ensure the management of access authorizations to the information system from the Ecole Polytechnique as well as e-mail.

The recipients of the data are the authorized persons in charge of personnel management and all the personnel of the School.

In accordance with European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you can exercise your right of access to all information concerning you and have it rectified as well to exercise your right to oppose and limit processing by sending an email to the following address: dpd@polytechnique.fr.

You can also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the display of your photo on the Intranet and the website www.polytechnique.edu, as well as the publication of your telephone number and your email on the website www.polytechnique.fr. To do this, tick the appropriate boxes in the “Red Lists” section of your profile.
